Block Off Your Calendar

You made an investment joining this program, so I know you're committed to doing the work. But let's be real—sometimes life gets in the way, right? And our dreams get swept to the side.

To prevent that from happening, we're going to schedule "Course Time" onto your calendar, so it becomes a REALITY.

  1. Take a moment and block off 3-5 hours per week over the next 4 weeks on your calendar to work on yourself. You are scheduling four different blocks:
  • 2 hours a week to meal prep (I break them down into two days, Sunday and Wednesday for my schedule)
  • 1-2 hours for lecture (once a week is fine, unless you want to binge watch me, like Netflix)
